Classes are 1.5 hours long. Initial workbooks are provided at no cost but if they are lost the participant is responsible for the replacement book. The cost for the class is $400 for 12 weeks.

A certificate of completion will be provided. $100 must be paid at week one and a payment schedule will be provided for the remanding balance.

There must be at least 6 attendees to start a group and 15 is the max per group. If the group size is larger than 15 we are able to break the groups off.

Participants are able to join in the group during any module depending on the class size. Our groups have been described as “engaging, hands on and life changing”.
