Program Description:
Children and adolescent’s problems with anger represents one of the most common referrals for therapists. Anger is the most misunderstood and mismanaged of all feelings. This Training will help attendees to develop anger management treatment plans using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

1) Describe several theories of anger disorder development.
2) Identify at least three important reasons for using CBT for anger management.
3) Demonstrate how to use CBT to develop a therapeutic alliance with angry clients
